Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
